Dechlorination Therapy

- Please bring a water sample from your bathtub at home and we will test its chlorine concentration.
- You will take a bath at our clinic to see if the water irritates your skin. (No chlorine is added to our water, which we draw from a 90m well.) In our past experience, 80-90% of those who bath in our water say that it did not irritate their skin. You'll be able to see that it is not the temperature of the water that causes your skin to itch, but rather, its components (chlorine).

- We will provide you with bath additives for neutralizing chlorine, which you can use at home when you use tap water.

- Apply our Crane Water to the affected areas of your skin. Crane Water is made with our well water, and is also produced on a commercial basis as Aqusainu Body Lotion from Aqusainu Corp. The water is slightly alkaline with a pH level of 8 and a 0 PPM chlorine concentration. It is completely different from super oxidated water, whose chlorine concentration is 20-30 PPM (200-300 higher concentration than that of tap water).

- If you would like to try our water-preserving bath, we can refer you to Janome Corp. for one-month free use of Yumeijin. This service is limited to those who have access to nearby hot spring water or good quality well.

- Of course, I don't claim that all patients will be cured. But about 70% of our patients have shown an improvement by this causal therapy without external steroids. It is particularly recommended for those whose skin is irritated from taking a bath or feels better after sitting in a hot spring.

* If you are new to our clinic and would like to use our bath, please make an appointment in advance by phone. You will also need to bring your own towel.

* If you live too far away to visit our clinic, we can send you bath mixture, Crane Water, various external applications and product pamphlets at cost. For more details, please call us during clinic hours (excluding Saturdays).

* Saturdays are very crowded. If possible, please visit us in the morning or on weekdays.
